The film, directed by Vikram Kumar and set for an India release on April 14, centers around the concept of time travel and stars Suriya, Nithya Menen and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.24 is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language science fiction thriller. It is produced by Suriya and K. E. Gnanavelraja under their banners 2D Entertainment and Studio Green respectivley. Besides producing Suriya played the film's protagonist with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen as his love interests. The film has cinematography by Tirru and film score and soundtrack album composed by A. R. Rahman. The film is set to release on April 14, 2016.
