1986 born Anjali is an Indian model and film actress, who primarily appears in Telugu and Tamil films. After modelling, she has entered Tollywood with the horror film Photo, where she was seen in small role. She gained much appreciation with her Tamil debut film Kattradhu Thamizh and also received the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debutante. She became much popular in Tollywood industry with 2014 film Geethanjali. Her latest released film is Nandamuri Balakrishna's Dictator.

Biography
Actress Anjali was born on 11 September 1986 in Razole, Andhra Pradesh. She has done her schooling in Razole and then moved to Chennai, Tamil Nadu. There she continued her studies, pursuing a degree in Mathematics. After her education, she began acting in short films and slowly created her own path in film industry. Anjali's parents always wished her to become an actress and she has made their dream come true.




Family ::

Anjali was born in Razole, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Her mother Parvathi Devi is her best buddy. She has two brothers Ravi Shankar, Bapuji and one sister. Her step-mother is Bharathi Devi, who has harassed her alot.

Career
In 2006, during her modeling assignments, Anjali was spotted by director Siva Nageswara Rao and offered her a role in his Telugu thriller film Photo. Later she played the female lead in another Telugu romantic film Premalekha Raasa. Both films gave her negative response. She gained fame with her Tamil debut film Kattradhu Thamizh. Later years she handled her first Kannada project Honganasu.

After featuring in several Tamil projects, Anjali returned Tollywood with the hit film Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu along with Venkatesh, Mahesh Babu and Samantha. She has received applauses from the critics for her role in the film. She has done her first item number in Surya's film Singam 2.

She has starred in two Telugu films, Balupu opposite Ravi Teja and Masala opposite Victory Venkatesh for the second time in her career. In 2014, she was featured in Telugu film "Geethanjali", for which she earned South Indian Cinematographers Association Award For Best Actress. Now she has roped in 4 upcoming Telugu films.
