Team india cricket coach introduces New Rules

India head coach Anil Kumble has introduced some stringent rules for his team in the Caribbean ahead of their scheduled Test series against the West Indies, introducing a USD 50 fine for players who are late for the team bus. Kumble, who was recently selected for the
coveted post ahead of the likes of Ravi Shastri, has introduced the rule, a first of its kind, in order to maintain discipline, and keep the players focused on their tasks. Kumble has also fixed a time for the players to get their massages, aside from introducing the rule of holding an official meeting every fourth day.

Kumble wants players to understand the importance of discipline and, at the same time, give them freedom. The Indian team is scheduled to go for scuba diving in the coming days. These small things have been kept for the players to unwind. Indian squad with singer Vasundhara Das, another first with the Indian cricket team, before the team departed for the Caribbean. India landed in the Caribbean earlier this month, and drew the first of the two practice matches against the West Indies Cricket Board  President's XI in St Kitts, with the second tour game set to take place on 14 July. The month-long four-match Test series against West Indies will kick off on 21 July in Antigua, with the remaining matches to take place at Jamaica, St Lucia and Barbados.
