Suriya, Anushka and Shruti Haasan starrer S3 (Singham 3) has been postponed once again. This time, according to the makers, the reason behind this decision is the prevailing tension in Tamil Nadu due to Jallikattu protests.
In a statement issued to the media, producer Malkapuram Shivakumar, who has produced the Telugu version, said, “S3 was supposed to release in Telugu and Tamil on January 26. However, owing to the prevailing protests over Jallikattu in Tamil Nadu, we decided that it wasn’t the right time to release the film at the moment.”
The next possible release date is expected to be announced soon. Hari has directed the film and Harris Jayaraj has scored the music. The film was postponed on couple of occasions in the past and it remains to be seen when S3 will hit the screens.
